Learn how Bravo works, get familiar with our tools and workflows, and build the skills you’ll need to contribute with confidence.

Work alongside the team on real client projects, participate in client interactions, collaborate across functions, and take ownership of meaningful deliverables.

WINGS
Take on greater responsibility, demonstrate what you’ve learned, and finish the summer by presenting your work and accomplishments to Bravo leadership.

You’ll have someone in your corner.
Every Copilot is paired with an experienced Bravo Captain who provides weekly coaching, feedback, and guidance throughout the summer.
Together, you’ll build your Flight Plan.
