Our training content is geared toward different learning types. We leverage instructional videos, job aids, and live virtual or in-person training sessions. One–on–one training sessions can also be built into the curriculum.
Most companies leave training as an afterthought. However, our goal is to minimize/eliminate any decreased productivity that can occur when employees initially arrive in the cloud. With that being said, we recommend that the adoption and change management process gradually begins as you near the end your migration for the most seamless experience.
